My overnight support is designed to give you the opportunity to sleep, recover, and wake feeling more refreshed, knowing your baby is being cared for with warmth, gentleness, and respect.

 

Whether you're recovering from birth, adjusting to feeding, managing the challenges of sleepless nights, or simply need an extra pair of hands, I'll provide calm, reassuring care throughout the night so you can focus on your own wellbeing.

 

Every family is different, so my overnight support is always tailored to your individual needs. Some parents simply need uninterrupted sleep, while others appreciate reassurance, feeding support, or someone to help them settle into a new routine. My aim is to create a calm environment where both you and your baby feel safe, supported, and cared for.
