Choosing a doula is about more than having someone present at your birth—it's about having someone who knows you, understands your hopes and concerns, and walks alongside you throughout your pregnancy.
 

From our first meeting, we'll take time to get to know one another and explore what matters most to you. Together we'll prepare for your birth, discuss your options, and ensure you feel informed and confident in the decisions you make.
 

As your due date approaches, I'll remain available to answer questions and provide reassurance whenever you need it. From 38 weeks, I'll be on call for your birth, joining you whenever labour begins and remaining by your side until your baby is safely in your arms and you're settled as a new family.
 

After your baby's arrival, I'll visit you at home to reflect on your birth experience, answer any questions, and offer gentle support as you begin this new chapter.
