Choosing a doula is about more than having someone present at your birth — it's about having someone who knows you, understands your hopes and concerns, and walks alongside you throughout your pregnancy.
 

From our first meeting, we'll take time to get to know one another and explore what matters most to you. Together we'll prepare for your birth, explore your options and talk through any hopes, concerns or previous experiences that may shape how you feel about the journey ahead.
 

As your due date approaches, I'll remain available to answer questions, help you find reliable, evidence-based information and provide reassurance when you need it. From 38 weeks, I'll be on call for your birth, joining you when you need me during labour and remaining by your side as you welcome your baby and settle together afterwards.
 

Throughout labour and birth, I'll provide a calm, familiar presence, practical comfort and emotional reassurance, while supporting you to feel heard and involved in the decisions surrounding your care.
 

After your baby's arrival, I'll visit you at home to give you space to reflect on your birth experience, talk through how you're feeling and offer gentle support as you begin this new chapter together.
