Postnatal support 🌿
Investment £600 (plus travel outside my local area where applicable)
Supporting you through the fourth trimester
The weeks after birth are a time of immense change. Alongside the joy of welcoming your baby, you are recovering physically, adjusting emotionally, and finding your own rhythm as a new family.
I believe every mother deserves to be cared for during this time.
My postnatal support is designed to provide reassurance, practical help, and a calm, compassionate presence, allowing you the space to rest, recover, and grow in confidence as you settle into life with your baby.
Before your baby arrives, we'll meet in your home so we can get to know one another in a relaxed setting. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your hopes for the postnatal period, any specific needs you may have, and how I can best support you. It also means that when I arrive after your baby's birth, I'm already a familiar and trusted face.
Your support hours are completely flexible and tailored to you. Some visits may focus on practical help around the home, preparing nourishing meals, folding laundry, or caring for your baby while you enjoy a shower, a nap, or simply a quiet cup of tea. Other days you may simply need someone to listen, answer questions, accompany you to appointments, or offer reassurance as you navigate those early weeks of parenthood.
There is no right or wrong way to use your time. Every visit is shaped around what you and your family need most on that particular day.
Alongside in-person support, I'll also be available via WhatsApp during your first four weeks, offering reassurance, guidance, and a friendly message whenever you need it.
